Compac P-Line test indicator spare parts

horizontal series 210 and vertical series 220

FOR REFERENCE ONLY

Compac test indicators were discontinued in 2020 until 2023 when metric models returned to production but re-branded as TESA P-Line.

Spare parts for Compac Series 210 (horizontal model with multiple revolutions) and Series 220 (vertical model with multiple revolutions) share the same parts with the new metric P-LIne series. Although the vertical model looks different, it uses the same parts.

These same parts were used for Mercer and SPI test indicators made in Switzerland.

These are the drawings for Compac horizontal model .0001" (215GA) and 0,002mm (215G). Some of the parts for the .0005" and vertical models (series 220) will have a slightly different appearance. Never-the-less, all of the indicators listed below will use the parts on this list.

We make no claims that these parts are user replaceable. Specialty tools may be required.

  • Sorry, we cannot accept international orders at this time.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of remaining spare parts.

Notes:

How do you tell new style from old style? The old style had black ball bearing cases. The new ones have shiny chrome cases. These can be seen near the front of the body. There's no need to dismantle anything.

A note about crystals: unless you have experience and equipment, we suggest buying the bezel and crystal assembly. If you already know how to install new crystals and you have a crystal press at your disposal, then you can take a look at
page 233. Detailed instructions are also available in the Compac Indicator Repair Manual.

The mounting hole of the hands have to be custom reamed to fit. You will need a very thin broach or reamer for this project. Refer to the
repair manual for details.
